By providing your phone number during booking and checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your reservation, including:

Message frequency: Typically 2–4 messages per reservation.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

• Cleaning staff — property address and checkout time only, for turnover coordination

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for accounting and tax purposes. SMS consent records are retained for the duration required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure third-party payment processing (Stripe), and restricted access to personal information. No system is 100% secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your information.
